Your part(s) will be pulled and packaged for shipping during normal  business hours.  Most items ship out next business day.  

We do our best to ensure your item(s) are packed securely to arrive at your location in the condition as purchased.  If for any reason your item arrives damaged or
defective in any manor please contact us by phone or email.
Although we do our best and strive for your 100% satisfaction we are human.  If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase contact us.  We will work
with you to obtain determination if item should be returned (return authorization number required), repaired by us, or refunded.  

Our return policy does not pay for return shipping unless we make the determination that a return should be sent due to our fault or our willful omission of information
in our sales listing.  

U.S. Postal Service, UPS, and other carriers may offer insurance for loss or damaged shipment.  It is the buyers responsibility to purchase shipping insurance.  CCU
will abnegate liability once packaged       item(s) are relinquished to shipper  for care and handling.  

Tracking number will be provided to buyer when available.

Shipping  prices are determined at time of shipment, based on ship-to location, package dimension and type, weight, and current carrier rate.   To discuss special
